Agreement

These terms apply when you use skillspout.com. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the last revision, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

What this site is

This site describes SkillSpout's services and provides information about AI adoption, training and strategy. It's informational. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship, and nothing here is a binding offer.

Some courses and events can be purchased through this site, via links to Stripe Checkout. Those purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Larger engagements — training programs, strategy work, implementation and advisory — are agreed separately in a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Payments. Purchases made through this site are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds and cancellations for a purchased course or event are handled case by case — email hello@skillspout.com.

Not professional advice

The content here is general information, not professional advice about your specific situation. That includes anything about AI adoption, governance, compliance, workforce planning or funding programs. Don't act on it without advice suited to your circumstances.

Results described on this site are examples, not promises. Where we describe outcomes clients have seen, those are real and specific to those organizations. Your results will depend on your people, your tools, your processes and how you implement — and we don't guarantee any particular outcome.

Our assessment tool

Our AI readiness assessment produces a general, automated result based on a small number of answers. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis, an audit, or a substitute for professional judgment about your organization.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or anything connected to it
• Interfere with the site's operation, or use bots or scrapers against it
• Copy, republish or resell our content without permission
• Submit anything false, misleading, infringing, or containing malware
• Use anything here to build or train a competing product or service

Our content

Everything on this site — text, graphics, logos, course descriptions, curricula, frameworks and methodology — belongs to SkillSpout LLC or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. SkillSpout, The SkillSpout Current and our other marks are ours.

You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. Everything else needs our written permission.

What you send us

When you submit information through a form or our assessment, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you're allowed to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide what you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including government resources. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SkillSpout LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect any separate signed agreement between us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillSpout LLC from any claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect.
