Through the Momentum AI program, Engage! Cleveland transitioned to a human in the loop philosophy. This allows the team to offload repetitive administrative tasks while ensuring all final outputs maintain the unique brand voice of the organization. Key outcomes include:
- Significant Time Reclamation: The organization is saving a total of 10 hours per week, which is an average of 2.5 hours per person, without increasing software costs.
- Overcoming Blank Page Syndrome: Staff now utilize AI to draft initial outlines for member communications, position descriptions, and social media captions. This frees them to focus on high level strategy and relationship building.
